IPS - unable to download rules

I am trying to setup IPS.

But I can´t download the IPS rules.

System > Firmware > Status > Run an audit

I have run cleanup, connectivity, health and security.
No problems found.

When I try to do download the IPS rules, then it stops the download process immediately and not nothing happens then.

Should I reinstall and try to download the IPS rules ?

Kein Stress, das ist meistens ein Verbindungsproblem zu den Servern oder das Lizenzsystem hängt. Schau als erstes in den Systemeinstellungen ob dein Lizenzschlüssel korrekt hinterlegt und noch aktiv ist, ohne den lässt IPS dich nämlich gar nicht runterladen. Wenn der Key passt, teste mal den Button zum Aktualisieren, falls das nichts bringt könnte deine Firewall oder dein Hoster den Zugriff auf den IPS Marketplace blockieren, also frag da kurz an ob die Verbindung erlaubt ist. Und hast du die Support Routine im Admin Panel schon durchlaufen lassen, die repariert oft automatisch kaputte Pfade oder Verzeichnisrechte und danach klappt der Download meistens wieder.
