I feel like I missed something related to updating from the console.  The "prior" experience when choosing "option 12) Update from console" was that I was presented with a prompt that told me the version number for the next version (e.g.25.7.5) with an "(y/n)?" response option.  However, I could override that by typing in a version number (e.g. 25.7.4) and it would update to that instead.  However, now it just tells you it's going to the latest version and gives you no option to override.  Am I missing something?

The "Y" is for minor updates and the "25.7" is for confirming/committing to a major upgrade. The next major upgrade will be "26.1".

So, you're saying you only get the option for major updates, but not for minor ones?

This is what I'm saying, yes.

I just updated last night an pcengines APU4 that I have as a spare router in case of hardware problem. It was on 22.1
I did get the three options when they were appropriate: (22.7, y, N) . Maybe different order, maybe default capitalised was another, but when there were minor updates and and major available, they were still presented. All the way to 25.7 where I stopped.
