Sync "Response delay" in ISC

Hello,

I have a Cluster of 2 OPNsense Firewalls and under High availability the option "Response delay (seconds)"  is synced to the second firewall, I was trying to set a delay to the second one, so that the first always answers first and only if there is a failure the second should answer, but the delay on the second one gets deleted after a sync and I would prefer to have a sync for static IP mappings otherwise I have to enter them at both firewalls. Also in the past before some updates only one firewall would hand out IP addresses now both seem to do that, and I need it to stop so I was trying the delay
