Gateway monitor (wireguard_ipv6) not re-starting automatically

Dear all,

On my wireguard gateway, I am monitoring the remote IP address.
This is no problem at all @IPv4,
however,
the IPv6 Gateway Monitoring Service stays down after every reboot and needs to be re-started manually.

Is that a bug or a feature?

If it's a bug - where will I report it?
