cpu usage average

hello all experts and yes - super neewbe here and again yes - i spell like a 3 year old :blush:

iam on 24.7 and on the dashboard i see cpu usage average ex : 0.37.0.41.0.39 and i am confused so here is my question : is it 0.37 procent for a core or is it 37 ?   I run opnsense on a quatom JI1900 china box and have no fansy stuff on like Zenarmor or vpn stuff just routing, unbound and a second vlan thats it. Old harware yes and i think like if the nubers ar 37 and not 0.37 i must uppgrade. I am bit interested in vpn and mayby i need i new china box based on for example intel 100 if its suffieent to that task ?

experts thoughts on that ?
