Ok, can I debug in more detail?
If I change Prefix Delegation Size to "None" instead of 56, then I get back my v6-address on the WAN interface. But the tracking doesn't work. If I change back to 56, then the "status-code UnspecFail" show up again.
This has been working for several years, I'm not sure what to ask my ISP?

You can dump a lot of debug information via dhcp6c debugging options, but if the ISP's server refuses your request it's likely because your request isn't valid anymore either by the ISP changing it or you locally.
You should be able to ask your ISP why the IPv6 advertise packed with with an
UnspecFail
status code.
Cheers,

I live in Sweden and the ISP is Bahnhof.. I talked to them today and they have no issues. I am also going to talk to my layer 2 provider, they have had issues with delivering v6 before..
