Tarjeta usb Tplink UE306 chip AX88179

Hello, i have this situation:
Proxmox  6.8.8-1-pve
Opnsense 24
Tplink UE306 chip AX88179
This chip i test with iperf in opnsense have 120 Mb max. but in Debian have more than 400 (I suppose is the usb 3.0 limit have in pc, hp compaq pro6300) but this limit its fine for the i need.
I tried the card in Freesbd 14 and have the same number, 120 Mb, supose is the driver but i can't found to install other( https://www.asix.com.tw/en/product/USBEthernet/Super-Speed_USB_Ethernet/AX88179) or configuration to resolve this problem.
If someone have a idea is welcome
