[SOLVED] PPPoE : Maxsessions exceeded error

Need some help over here.

This is my 3rd box (box C). The other 2 have no issue at all (Box A & B). Currently i'm trying to configure box C as a replacement for the box A. The only issue i'm having right now is i keep getting this error :

Can some tell me what is going on so i can proceed further. Where do i need to look up and what i'm dealing with?

Unfortunately, it was my ISP. They're using 1:1 tagging between my account and the mac address of the router. By instructing them to release the old MAC address from their record, all went well.
