Kea DHCP doesn't provide default gateway

Hello,

I have a weird issue with Kea DHCP because I have subnets with pools and domain already and when I'm trying to obtain address via DHCP I'm getting correct address from my /29 subnet, I'm getting domain but I'm not getting default gateway. I did packet capture and in it I can see that all options are correct and present except option 3 which is router responsible for default gateway.

Any idea why it's happening and how can I fix it?
