Issues with OPNProxy Plugin

Dear Community,
I have some issues using the OPNProxy Plugin to use fine graded proxy policies.
I started to set up the web proxy without the OPNProxy plugin. This works fine.
But as soon as I install the OPNProxy Plugin to use fine graded policies, the web proxy stops working. Whether there are policies configured in the plugin or not. Clients using the proxy get "ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" as error message.
Attached you find some screenshots of my configuration. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?
