So when you used these commands, there was no python process running and your CPU was 99.5% idle. So all is well now?

yes ty is good now
cpu not on 100% full load all the time like he was
i hope it doesn't happen again

now i get 500MB download speed and 250MB upload
every speed test the cup jump to 100% full load until the end of the test, which is a few seconds
