hello
i followed homenetworkguy's guide on installing acme client to do a cert for my router. i've got it working i have the ok status and it works when i browse to router.mypage.com on microsoft edge browser but on firefox (my main browser) i get a bad gateway from cloudflare. any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think Firefox now uses DoH that runs over Cloudflare by default - which is pure conincidence and has nothing to do with your Cloudflare domain certificate, BTW.
Somehow you must have pointed your DNS entry to the internal LAN IP of your OpnSense, but this will obviously not work for Firefox as long as it bypasses your local DNS.
You can use local DNS again via "about:preferences#privacy" and disabling secure DNS.
