ZeroTier not working after the last two updates

Hello all, my ZeroTier has not been working after a couple of updates ago (maybe more) and I am just now getting around to trying to fix it.

What I have done:

Removed the ZeroTier interface assignment, uninstalled the plugin and reboot. Then reinstalled per the guide and things are still not working.

Things I've noticed:

According to the ZeroTier online dashboard the router can be seen regularly but I cannot communicate with other ZeroTier devices. My firewall settings are the same as before and I don't see anything being blocked in the log, I can see where everything is being passed like it should.

Also when I uninstalled the Plugin / removed the interface, after I reinstalled, it somehow still picked up my existing ZeroTier Network?

My thoughts are:

Could my Adguard / DNS be causing my problems?

Please let me know if I can provide some screenshots and I will post ASAP.

Had /24 instead of /16 on the ZeroTier Interface

I stand corrected, it works on a router reboot for a few minutes, then stops working : (
