opnsense 23.7.4 - pppoe ipv4 offline. Revert to 23.7.1 fixes it

Upgraded to 23.7.4 last night and realized this morning that my primary WAN (PPPoE) is showing offline on ipv4 although online on ipv6. ipv4 connections from clients were also being routed via backup WAN.

After spending a couple hours trying to troubleshoot, performed a opnsense-revert to 23.7.1 and that fixed it immediately

Just thought of sharing this here in case anyone else runs into this issue
