Need help following a guide for FQDN

I have caddy installed and working, but this guide says I need to setup FQDN for nextcloud, and I'm not quite sure what it's referring to that would be, for me, in opnsense

6. Local (Split) DNS

Each host or service should be given a FQDN to resolve the IP of the corresponding host in the local network. This is required to make the local certificate mechanism to work. For this wiki I created:

caddy.roadrunner → 192.168.0.2 to reach the frontend Caddy service
nextcloud.roadrunner → 192.168.0.4 to reach Nextcloud service
bitwarden.roadrunner → 192.168.0 .4 to reach Bitwarden service

Where do I go in Opnsense to enable, what would be for me, 'next.mydomain -> 10.20.80.2 ?

You Can use the Overrides in unbound for example.
