DHCPv4 stops working when router advertisement is set to "managed"

I can see the DHCPv4 service is up and running, but IPv4 are not distributed anymore. IPv6 addresses are distributed.

Has anyone an idea what I'm doing wrong? I would have thought router advertisement and DHCPv4 are independent...

Ignore, DHCP broken on PC, rebooting fixed it. Weird, never had this.
