[SOLVED] Version 23.1 Installation stuck at "booting"

Hi, I'm new in the forum as I want to go away from my Sophos UTM towards OPNsense.
I have a Sophos SG 115w rev.1 and I can't make OPNsense booting in the attempt to install it.
Seconds after starting I get the following error: Stopped at      send kbd _conmand+0×49:   movq     %r12,%rdi
I wanted to attach a picture of the entire screen - but I can't make the image just 256KB and still readable.

* Googling didn't help me apart from this tip https://exchangetimes.net/?p=559 which didn't solve the issue.
* Also botting in safe mode shows the same result.
* Tried different install mediums (DVD and USB)
* Installed Sophos UTM Software to check for hardware issues (this worked fine)

Any help is welcome :)
Cheer!

This coudl be due to some config in the Sophos device bios.

Try to disable emulation of I/O ports 64h and 60h.

Hey Seimus,
thank you very much! That was precisely it.
* I entered the BIOS by hamming the DEL key
* Went to the tab "Advanced" -> Menu "USB-Configuration" -> "Port 60/64 Emulation" set to "Disabled"
And without doing anything else it booted without any issues! I didn't even need to do the other stuff described in the links you referred to.

Thank you very much!
Cheers

Glad to hear it helped you.

Have fun with your Sohpos OPNSense  ;)
