Gateway OpenVPN Automatically Crated

I see under System>Gateway>Single that is a gateway for OpenVPN created not by me and is not possible to delete them.

I want to say what function does this gateway?

If you assign you get a gateway, yep. If you don't want to use it set different priority or uncheck upstream gateway.

Ok but this gateway is needed for openvpn connection or is not necessary?

It's required if you want to set routes through OpenVPN.
