higher cpu utilization than usual

I have unusual high cpu utilization from following process:
root      235   0.0  0.6  95288  49092  -  S    06:00     44:49.69 /usr/local/bin/python3 /usr/local/opnsense/service/configd.py console (python3.9)

anybody know what this is for? reboot does not help here
