Health audit, couple errors?

I'm honestly not sure where to start with this or if it's even a problem?

Currently running OPNsense 23.1_6 at Tue Feb 14 23:19:34 CST 2023

Reinstall kernel and base would certainly help to fix permissions, but you can wait for today's 23.1.1 since that has a new base and kernel set anyway.
