Issues Setting Up OPT1 Interface

Hi, so I'm trying to have a configuration for OPNSense (hosted on a Proxmox VM with Virtual Bridges to my NIC Ports) where my main LAN runs over Wireguard to connect to Mullvad (I followed the guide that OPNSense had on how to do it) and that runs perfectly fine, but when I try to set up OPT1, nothing seems to work. It will assign IP addresses through DHCP for anything connected through Ethernet, but nothing will connect to the Internet when I try to ping a Website. I've made an Outbound NAT rule for OPT1 as well as a Firewall Rule for it too that is mimicking whatever OPNSense had for LAN (with the exception of changing the source to the OPT1 net), and DHCP and DNS have been set up for the Interface, but nothing works. I've enabled the Interface as well, I didn't forget that. I'm at a loss for diagnosis at this point and don't know whether this is an issue with OPNSense and forgetting something there or if Proxmox is blocking something somehow.
