I set the wan with dhcpv6 and lan tracker interface(wan) by referring to https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/IPv6_ZenUK.html .The only difference is that I didn't check 'Use IPv4 connectivity' because I didn't use PPP connectivity link.
The iuuse is I can got a wan ipv6 address but the clients bebind lan cannot got any IPv6 address...
I also tried set lan with static  ipv6 address, then I cann't Ping [2001:4860:4860::8888] from lan(wan works fine).

If you set it up as per the second section - use static assignment, then it works (taking care to use the right addresses - some of the screenshots are using the old guide, that has a different prefix). You do also need to tick the Use IPv4 connectivity, as the IPv6 traffic does use the PPPoE link. Have you set up the router advertisements?

I have found that using DHCPv6 tracking the WAN interface is unreliable.

If you're not using PPP, then what are you using? Zen is PPPoE.

IPS?

With Zen you need to tick use IPv4 connectivity. If your OPNsense appliance is behind another device then we need more info, but I suspect you will have issues unless it is in bridge mode.
