Issue is resolved, please close...
Hello everyone, after not using opnsense for a couple of years I found myself installing it again today, installation went fine, no issue there. However I thought I would do a port scan from some of the web based port scanners and to my surprise every single port checker website says every port is open!
I do see stuff getting blocked in the firewall "Live View" section but nothing is being blocked coming in, it's all outbound traffic only but what could be the cause of that issue, a basic port checker script would see they are "open" and try to do whatever it wanted, is this supposed to be the intended outcome? from memory this has never been the case unless I had specifically opened a port, I have not touched any firewall rules as of yet so I have no idea what's going on.
Version info
