NAT Loopback 22.7

So anyone else having problems with the NAT Loopback?
This used to work fine before moving to 22.7, I thought just creating a rule in the port forward was enough as long as NAT reflection was enabled.
Do i also need to create a rule in the Rules -> Loopback section?
It sure does not seem to work whatever i configure there, not seeing much of an explanation on the DOCs that i can see.
Is this broken in the new 22.7?

I also recently upgraded from 22.1 to 22.7_4 and am seeing similar behavior with the Firewall NAT and Rules section seeming to be disconnected compared to prior functionality. Even with existing rules, if you toggle enable/disable on the NAT-Port Forward Section it is not cascading to the Rules area automatically. Or if any existing NAT configurations are changed, the "apply changes" now needs to be executed on both the NAT page and the Rules page independently.

Can someone please add steps to reproduce and or what output 22.1.x and 22.7 generate for the same configuration in /tmp/rules.debug file?
This prose is making it difficult to guess what the problem might actually be.
Cheers,
Franco
