Send&Recived email clients on LAN side from external email server

Hello, I am a newbie on OPNsense.

I need send and recived email from my PC clients on LAN side (eg. MozillaThunderbird) to external server outside my WAN (email_server).
Before I did with rinetd in openSUSE.
I known with NAT I can do it, but I can't make work yet.

I would have to make two rules in the firewall, one for port 25 and the other for 110; with seeing the correct form of one I make the other

Some body can help me?
