igmpproxy MRT_DEL_MFC; Errno(49): Can't assign requested address

MRT_DEL_MFC; Errno(49): Can't assign requested address

Historic threads seem to indicate this issue seemed to have been fixed in earlier kernels however I feel this has resurfaced after having upgraded my kernel to the latest version a little over 1 week ago.
This keeps going on (same messages in the log every 1 minute or so) until my WAN link gets saturated and the IP address is dropped.

Anyone please?  I now find myself having to reboot my FW every other day or so unless I stop IGMPPROXY
