Missing VPN service - New installation (OPNsense 22.1.2_1-amd64)

New installation and newbie, everything work fine except the IPSec VPN.

I found the VPN service missing from the dashboard and the VPN service control is missing
Any hints are highly appreciated.

After update to version OPNsense 22.1.3-amd64, I found the the "Enable IPSEC" button now.
