WAN drops every 2-3 days - Need reboot to restore functionality

Hi Everyone,
I'm running into an issue and not entirely sure where to start. Approximately every 2-3 days between 11:45 and 12:05 my Opnsense box just stops allowing WAN traffic. I get get to everything internally on my network, including including my VLANs, so I know routing is working. I reboot my Opnsense box and everything comes back. I've read that others have had this issue, while I was on Reddit, but wanted to see if there was a fix for this. It sounded like the failure may be caused by a DHCP renew from the ISP, but Opnsense doesn't restore the connectivity after it detects the drop out. Are there any logs that I can review to see if this indeed the case? My firewall is currently running on an Optiplex 790 with Intel NICs, which have been swapped out in case it was a faulty card. I'd also say that about 30% of the time, when the internet goes out, I get a crazy amount of Interface errors, but the 70% of the time there's not a single error listed.
Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
