Sensei not accurately reporting my top talker in charts

I noticed that my NAS uploaded 50 GB of data to Amazon S3 last night but it's not showing accurately in most charts (app categories breakdown, apps breakdown, top local hosts, top remote hosts, connection policies)
under the connection facts chart it shows the accurate amount of bytes uploaded as well as in the charts "table of apps" and "table of local assets" but i don't see that traffic showing up in the main pie chart graphs
if i filter my reports to that source IP it only shows 700 Mb to Cloud services in the chart
the only thing that i've noticed is the AWS IP is constantly changing so it shows connections to 100s of remote IPs, but they are all accurately tagged as Cloud Services AWS if i drill into it.
anyone know why this is happening / how to fix?
