QoS upload shaper does not match subnet clients?

Hi there

I want to achieve a very simple goal, keep download traffic at low prio, browsing traffic at med, and tvstreams at high prio.

When playing around I noticed that I'm never be able to utilize the upstream shaping, download and upload is handled by the download pipe/queue. How can I transition to hits on my upload shaping?

Could you guide me in the correct direction?

You'd better use cli commands to display this info, as I noticed there are GUI errors in the shaper status page. Not everything is displayed properly. The commands are: ipfw pipe show, ipfw queue show, ipfw sched show
I reported this bug some time ago, but it didn't seem to attract attention from the devs.
