Unbound Log file shows constant change for a turned off host

I have two hosts:
- Samsung TV
- virtual machine runing under VirtualBox

Rather different beasts but they both generate this kind of logging in Unbound just after turning the devices off.

The hosts are not visible in DHCP logs when they are offline, but Unbound still logs them under two changing IPs.

Any idea what could be the reason?

My Unbound is in forwarding mode. I register DHCP leases and static mappings.
DHCP server runs default options.
