Save Cert file with lenght 0

Hi, All!

   I get file with lenght 0 when I use Firefox and save CRT file from certifacates tab.
   Its strange because FireFox get correct lenght before save file (see screenshot with dialog save file).
   Can you say me why its happen?

maybe the local antivirus doesn't like crt-files?
to show the file size FF should GET it first
