Logs - Remote Blacklist

Hello, please excuse me for asking such a banal question, but I have not found any information on this subject.
How can I verify that a site is blocked by the external "Remote Blacklist"?
I've tried several times to find it in the access.log but nothing.

I've tested it on several sites but I only see the request.
