blocking p2p applications

I have set to block all file transfers through the sensei application control setting.
However i am still able to download torrents at full speed.

Is there anymore that i need to do to stop p2p from running ?

i have disabled the entire File Transfer category in application control.

I can confirm the problem for example with this torrent https://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/ubuntu-20.04.2.0-desktop-amd64.iso.torrent and Transmission.
It would be great if the entire torrent traffic would be blocked with these rules. I have also tested Suricata, there it works as expected.
