Installation issue - Reboot Loop

Hello,
I am trying to install OPNSense 21.1 on HP Compaq 6200 (Core i3, 4 GB) machine. The USB pendrive boots and then the installer hangs at MASKS or reboots continuously at this point.

Any guidance or help is highly appreciated.

Which image did you use for the USB flash drive and what software did you use to write it?

Your best bet is the VGA image, but try DVD as well. Use dd from a Unix-like system to write the image to the flash drive or Rufus for Windows. Try a different flash drive as well in case you have a hardware issue with the one you're using.

I've got the same issue due to UEFI boot instead of GPT.
After changing the boot mode in bios, it's ok.
