Lost LAN ip after reboot

Hi, this is my opnsense network config:
 LAN (igb1)      -> v4: 172.16.6.101/24
 WAN (igb0)      -> v4: 192.168.178.254/24
 WiFiMobile (igb2_vlan52) -> v4: 192.168.152.254/24
 WifiCall (igb2_vlan54) -> v4: 192.168.154.254/24
 WifiGuest (igb2_vlan53) -> v4: 192.168.153.254/24

I use LAN only to manage Opnsense from other internal subnets.
WAN--->FrizBox router
igb2--->mikrotik wifi controller

Even reboot i lost LAN reachbility by internal subnets.
This is error booting:OPNsense kernel: arpresolve: can't allocate llinfo for 172.16.6.254 on igb1
172.16.6.254 is LAN gateway to see other internal subnets

Can you helpme?
