l2tp server

Can't find how to configure l2tp server. In in manuals and forum said about plugin. But I can't find any plugin named l2tp.
I find interfaces - p2p - l2tp. But it looks as client only.

How to configure Server?

You can always install ipsec-tools via commandline to setup the server, just like any BSD system.
