Strange DHCP deny of ISP?

In the system log that nowdays seem to contain alot of:

2020-08-16T19:46:16 dhclient[71282] DHCPREQUEST on igb1 to xx1.xx2.xx3.xx4 port 67

The IP above (xx1....) is from my ISP - I see no reason for this to happen....?
