port forwarding stopped working

Hi!
I dont know exactly when, but sometime last week my forwarding and firewall-rules stopped working.
I notice cause i cant access my nextcloud, plex or anything via domain or external ip, but works with internal ip.

I cant remember have done any changes in OPNsense, just stopped working.

i have tried to reset to factory defaults and add the rules again but without success.
em0=wan
em1=LAN
em3="DMZ"(running unraid & dockers on this one)

if i use online portscanner it says the ports are closed.

I have now tried with a fresh install of opnsense but its still the same.
Dont know what to do now..  :'(

Maybe your ISP is blocking those ports for some reason?

Starting to think so, if someone doesn't see any obvious wrong with my settings!
Now i got port 32400 open (PLEX), but no other ports, even if i clone the rule.
