encrypt passwords for backups

Hello,

My apologies this is most likely the wrong spot.  We are configuring the backups on multiple end points and we noticed that the passwords for the backup tab are NOT encrypted like they are in the user manger, I think this should be a default so that when the config is downloaded in xml there are no passwords that are in plain text.

The backup section needs plaintext passwords for external service access or file encryption. Both does not work with a password hash. If you have the hash, you can only verify if it matches the password.
