OPNSense 20.1.5 - Routes lost on reboot

Hi All,
I noticed this morning that following a reboot of my OPNSense 20.1.5 box - I had lost connectivity to a number of networks. Checking System -> Routes -> Configuration showed that the routes were listed, however when going to status - they are not shown.
I was able to get them into the route table by going into the route and re-saving/applying it.
These are internal networks and not VPN routes.
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks

IPSec peer is IP based - but the routes which are being lost are not VPN routes, they are just on a different network segment of the local network
