OPNsense with Allworx

I am sorry but I am a newb when it comes to OPNsense.  I have an Allworx 536 system and I am having issues with phones working remotely.  I have the ports open and everything works great until a remote user hangs up from a call.  The very next call they cannot hear the other person speaking.  I know this is probably something simple and I know that I am not giving a lot of information.  Let me know if you have any thoughts or what information I can give to help.
