can't add Client in FreeRadius, no information in Log

strange behavior in FreeRadius
Services: FreeRADIUS: Clients

i do add a client
Name, shared secret and ip address

as soon i do enable Freeradius stopp working, if i disable the client [Apply] FreeRadius works again. enable [Apply] FreeRadius stop working.

the Logfile (Services: FreeRADIUS: Log File)
don't show any information

You can shutdown freeradius and start via console in debug mode: radiusd -X
