Permit to reset all tunables settings to default variables

Hello,

It would be great to be able to reset / remove all custom tunnable settings defines.

At this time, i use the "value" vs "default" to determine what to remove, but could be great to be able to reset it easily.

Maybe there is a way i don't know ?

There is a reset button, you can reset all tunable to default when you click the trash-bin icon on the tunable page.

Yea the icon is a bit misleading cause seeing a trash-bin one would think is used for delete.

Maybe devs can update it to a more "reset" like icon.
