This would be a useful addition, especially for high-availability setups where the primary and disaster recovery sites need to use the same alias names but maintain different IP addresses or networks. Disabling alias synchronization globally is not a practical solution when most aliases still need to be replicated. A per-alias "No XMLRPC Sync" option would provide much more flexibility while preserving synchronization for the rest of the configuration. Hopefully the feature request gets considered by the developers.
