I'm also trying to upgrade from fresh 26.7.0 install to 26.7.2 with default mirror and getting this error:

Several packages seemed to upgrade just fine before this, only base has issues.

UPD: Switched to LeaseWeb Frankfurt image and error is gone.
UPD2: Now getting the same error with LeaseWeb Frankfurt on fresh reinstallation (with restored config), restart helped...
