I had a similar problem. I went to check my box and I couldn't log in (HSTS). So I went in through my.secondary browser with cleared history and looked around. I couldn't figure out why, but my cron job to.reissue didn't work. Most of the buttons in the ACME Client service essentially gave no feedback; but after hitting the issue all, refresh individual buttons, and a ton of other refreshes, I got it to issue a new certificate and it worked (I had to restart Firefox to get the new certificate, but whatever).
Then, I installed the last update, consisting of mostly hotfixes, afaict. When it reset, I got the same HSTS error and the same old certificate I had just renewed. I did the same steps to renew my certificate and it is working now. I can provide aby logs anyone wants.
