I'm also having this problem in v26.1.7_3.
Accessing the web GUI via https, if it takes too long to save a rule, the Save button becomes inactive, and upon refreshing the page, a certificate error message is displayed.
This button problem does not occur if using http.
The dashboard page is also unstable; the random widgets show "Failed to load widget" errors.
