I agree with everything posted here.  Would *love* to be able to create static DNSMASQ entries directly from the new Neighbors -> [Automatic Discovery] page.
And similarly have that [Automatic Discovery] page reflect static DNSMASQ entries in another column... so I can filter/sort entries that I've already classified/managed.
