my residential service in Chicago region offers /56 (and allows specific prefix request, /60).
start by troubleshooting wan:
cat /tmp/igb0_prefixv6
or via gui, interfaces/overview, WAN, Details (magnifier icon) in Commands column, "Dynamic IPv6 prefix received".
if no results, share your full dhcp6c configuration via shell access:
cat /var/etc/dhcp6c.conf
